In Spades - great question...........Washburn pitches well on the road, and the Yanks love the lefties at home (41-14 vs lefties the last 2 years.........), but they have been 1-3 in games Mussina starts (1-1, 4.09 ERA). I see bucsfan67 likes the Yanks as his FAV today, but would also love to hear what the paper says for tomorrow..................

Funny you mention the NYYanks game. I have been studying it pretty hard myself. Everything points to a good dog play on the Angels, except A-rods performance yesterday. People have been waiting for them to catch fire and be the yanks of old and think this may be the spark to get that fire started. I Don't believe they are the yanks of old, just the getting older yanks. I like Anaheim, but will not be betting on it as you don't win a lot of games betting against the Yanks at home. If A-rod is in a groove, he can single handedly beat a team (see yesterday). I see Washburn pitching a good game. I do like the under in this game as I think the number should be 8.5 over or 9 under at the most.
