i dont want to bash betroyal anymore...they did pay up. I just dont like their new software and will be heading elsewhere.

I have just been notified by ROYAL.

There are always TWO sides to every story...

Royal claims that you asked for your payout at 3:OOPM and payment was made at 6:45 PM on the same day...

Did you mean 3 hours, rather than 3 days when you titled this thread?

I asked for a payout. They offered to give me a smaller payout with a bonus percent on what I would not withdraw. I accepted. The amount agreed for the payout was in my neteller account late the following day (wednesday). The people I talked to regarding the payout were both helpfull and cooperative.
