I by no means want to talk betroyal down. Especially now that they paid me. I started to get really worried when on sunday my 20 dollar -110 bet was paying 18.18 and then all of a sudden on monday it was paying 18.00. Sure its not alot, but over time it would add up. Plus its the principle. To there defense they did give me a 2 dollar bonus to make up for the vig lost. Red flags started going up in my head and at that point is when i decided to ask for my money.

I emailed monday and told them that i would be taking my money out.
Tuesday the money was still not out and they told me to fax my ID
Wednesday faxed my id and then called and my withdraw was processed

All in all it went smoother than i expected....especially after the red flags(in my mind) and thats why i wrote the post about not wanting to bash them and ill take my money and trust back to pinny and wsex.

This is what's referred to as a "Chicken Little" slow pay.


No reason any of it should ever have been brought to the forum .... and even the 18 cent "short-change" on the rounding was rewarded with a $2 credit ... not sure where the problem is here.

I beleive the current procedure at Royal is that you must CALL after requesting online. The fax ID (yeah I had to do it as well even after 2 years of play) is a 1x thing now, so it should be smoother for all going forward once that has been provided.

So you did not coplete the procedures until wednesday, and that is when the funds were paid. Not a slow pay in my mind.
