Bodog recently sent me a suggestion type letter and i let it lay. then the other night after finally seeing all the miracle hands i could stand i answered the email....after i had withdrew all my money i might add. essentially what i told them was you can go to any poker forum and find complaints about Party, Paradise, Poker Stars, etc....however you will always find others defending those same sites. I have yet to see anyone defend Bodog...zip, zero, none. I actually didnt expect an answer..and to tell you the truth i thought i might end up being the first person ever to get a chargeback from a book after they read my email...lol

Much to my surprise i recieved the following answer, not from Rob G. but an a very precise answer none the less. personally written and not a form letter either. And after reading it and really thinking over the beats ive seen at other sites i think i MIGHT be wrong about them. ( they offered no incentive for me to say this by the way) What the guy says is a good possibility and personally I WILL GIVE BODOG ANOTHER SHOT as soon as my doctor says my blood pressure is back to normal..lol Im not a phil ivey when it comes to poker so i guess it is possible that these guys are winning there because they are just that much better than anyone else..i believe im better than say 90% of the players but combined with this guys explanation maybe the deal is IM NOT GOOD ENOUGH....yet. here it is in its entirety names deleted of course.....

Thank you for for taking the time to respond and give us your
opinion. We ask for feedback on an entirely different subject
actually hoping to get replies like yours.

We have no robots, programs or any forms of manipulation used at our
Poker Tables. We never have and never will. There is however, a
genuine and honest reason why there are wins that seem so unreasonable
there is no other explanation.

Our client base in the Poker room is made up of a lot of first time
poker players, or they are real new to it. Chances are they never
would have tried poker if the Sportsbook they wagered with, Bodog,
never offered it. A major source of positive feedback is that players
never need to leave because they have everything in front of them.
Since there is such a massive influx of no clue players the flop
percentage is super high. More players taking hands, that you or I
wouldn't, into the flop and even to the river. We see it all the time
and as no one has done anything wrong all we can do is sympathize.
The only suggestion I make is that you play tables with the lowest or
low Flop Percentages.

Lastly, the rake we make in the poker room, actually the entire handle
is peanuts when compared to the Sportsbook. It is peanuts compared to
the Casino as well. While we are so pleased with the leaps and bounds
we have made in the Poker industry it is our number three source of
revenue. Hence we will never cheat you because we will never care to
and never need to.

Since players that have convinced themselves that online poker is
rigged will never think otherwise, I can only wish you best of luck
wherever you play.

That's good of them to reply. What he says is true. I can't believe how many people think online poker is rigged. He is spot on about people playing garbage heands till the river and being able to catch. Also, the fact you can play 80 hands an hour makes it more likely you will see some crazy hands in a short period of time. It happens in live poker as well, but you see it less often as fewer hands are dealt.

If you want a low flop % play at Poker Stars or Full Tilt. The tables show the % there in the lobby. Roughly 25-35% in the limit games versus 50-60% at Bodog.

Agree with mega. There are some sites that are known for having horrendous players. If you are in it for the long run, you should choose those games. But remember that you will get beat by crappy hands. It's a game of variance, and playing with stupid players makes for a more volatile game. You might suffer some brutal downswings, but if your game is good, you will be smiling at the end.
