Because Mr. Jackson will get up on the stand, look the jury in the eyes, and tell them adamantly that he did not do anything alleged against him. That compelling testimony will create the reasonable doubt for acquittal.

I have more faith in a California jury than that.

MJ probably will get acquitted. The prosecutor's case is falling apart.

Probably another O.J. in the making.

BINGO!

did OJ do it - YES. but if i was on the OJ jury - and gad to decide the case SOLELY on the evidence presented in court - there is NO WAY i would have found him guilty. marcia clark and company did a PATHETIC job of presenting the case leaving football fiels-sized gaps for the defense to run holes thru

same thing with "Hee hee". is he guilty of sleeping with underage boys? HELL YES! but has the prosecution proved their case to ALL 12 jurors beyond a reasonable shadow of a doubt? NO!

once again we will see the inep prosecution blow another case in CA (and who are we kidding - they did the same thing with Robert Blake, too - he killed her - he knows it - we know it - everyone knows it - everyone but the 12 person jury who voted on the case based on the inept D.A.'s case and voted Blake the only wway they could have under the circumstances).

jackson will never take the stand..

the prosecution is doing such a horrible job he wont have to testify.

debbie rowe blew the case wide open when she became a double agent . she was called as a prosecution witness and became the best thing thats happened to the case for the defense.

For what it's worth

Does anyone involved in the daily sports betting life really have time to care about Michael Jackson and his $10 million defense to get off violating children while many scream for him daily entering a court room who weren't old enough to remember when he was a scandal free performer?

Kobe, Blake and OJ.

Michael is innocent, SOCIETY/PARENTS are guilty as hell,

all guilty for taking the kids total childhood life away from him, all he's trying to do is some how re kindle the voids in his childhood, he neve experienced all the good and bad from going thru high school like all of us, face it, from the hotties, te nerds, the school trips, dances, proms, exams, graduation, everything, ITS A HUGE GAP in a persons life, hanging out on week ends, with friends, the mall, etc, etc, thats what most of us can remember and relate to when we get together and chat. Thats how we're able to relate to our children, nieces, nephews etc.

He never experieced all of that.

Its a shame that the innocent suffers for the numerous guilty, you cantpunish you kids in public, you have to think twice to even give your kids a big hug and kiss, someone might say you're molesting or whatever.

and its because of the SICK WORLD and society that if a grown up have "FUN" with a younger person, hey they are sick,

guess what? we're all sick in different ways, millions would say we're definte crazies for the way we GAMBLE.

To sum it up, he lost his childhood and has been trying to play catch up in his own crazy way:hump:

Jabow

Plenty of working child stars with no normal childhood don't grow up to be 46 year old men sleeping with 12 year old boys. Donny Osmond lived the same life at the same time but seems to have grown up ok. Can you imagine any other person in that situation trying to sell that one to anyone. People can blame their childhood for all kinds of adult problems but that doesn't give you a free pass with the law or rational thinking adults. The families of all these kids are always broke and disfunctional so they will look like profiteers or lunatics if something gets caught up legally as this one has. Very preditorial. But most messed up kids don't grow up to have 8 figure defense teams either so I'm sure he will be innocent again and less cash out lay this time than the 94 payoff of $20mill+

I dont think so. I think even the black community has had enough of him. Chris Rock said it best, something like " Mike, we gave you a pass on the first one, but not another kid."
