Pinnacle payouts, what's happening here?

I made a 20K Neteller withdrawal request on SAT morning at 2.00 AM. Today at 12.30PM ET the payout has not been processed yet. I had to resubmit my request and email them. They say that payout over 10K required manager approval ... i know that but WOW! It is the 2nd time in a month that this happens. Is that the price to pay for get reduced juice? I hope these were two isolated case.

I wonder why deposits over 10K does NOT require manager approvals but withdrawals yes. Is that a BALANCED BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP between a bookmaker and a customer? I still not have got it and now it is 1.00 PM.

CC-- Think it is only reasonable to expect withdrawls to require more security measures than deposits.

Hard for anybody to pull a fast one on a deposit, if you know what I mean.

they are one of very few that would allow a withdrawal of that size in one transaction.....:monsters-

I can understand the manager approval above $10,000 policy kind of. Would not a crook just take multiple WD under $10,000 then? Since Pinnacle has this security measure in place, they should have this "manager" available to approve a person's WD during the day. Poor service for a "Top Shelf" book.

I would think a $20,000 withdrawal processed the same business day is good service.

You can safely assume that from 2 AM until 9 or 10 am, no one with the authority was in to process a payout of that size. Give them a chance to approve your payout.

I am not complaining about Pinnacle generally or about his 10K+policy withdrawal that i perfect know. I ask you honestly you do not found "unusual" that on SAT at 4.00 PM ET a 21K withdrawal has not been processed yet? For what Pinny is famous? For using a 10c line and fast payouts by Neteller no?

Let's imagine that you see them now offering today's NBA game BOS +5 -107 vs IND -5 -107 so a 14cent lines ... you will not be "surprise" to use an euphemism?

How do you consider having is manager "out" on the most busyest sporting day of the week?

I agree with other posters when they reccommend to not complaining in general ( i do not mean the General our great mod, sorry Pete let's allow some fun to de-dramatize ) about payouts delay but do you do not think that there are certain "limits" or "levels" that, if surpassed, "deserve" a complaint even when "the king" is involved?

There is anyone poster here that can say that Pinnacle is doing a great job on this occasion?

Do you want to know because i am complaining? Why i am "NEARLY SURE" that next Saturday and ALL the next Saturdays his manager will be in their office after that thread? Why?

It would not be better to using a forum to HELP others posters and do everithing as possibile to make right what it should be right, instead than using it for unload adrenaline because you may don't have cum enough yesterday?

Pinnacle, although my fav, is not perfect and never will be. I have emailed this complaint to them for their eyes to see. They may take measures to help with this issue in the future. Nothing wrong with you pointing it out CC. They have hired a solid marketing guy recently in Simon Noble, one of the best persons I have ever worked with in player disputes.

I do see your point of view.

All I'm saying is that some of these books have spoiled us to the point that we can not see the trees through the forest.

Same day payouts are just that, same day. We have all gotten payouts in under a minute at some books. Literally have seen neteller payouts processed in around 30 seconds. So we come to expect it. To the point of putting books "on the clock."

Maybe the manager is sick. Maybe his son/daughter is sick. Pinny is a discount book. Offering reduced juice. That's why you simply can not pick up the phone and call them. If you could I'm sure this would be resolved quickly or at least you would get a reasonable explanation.

What I'm saying is just give them a chance instead of saying you are complaining to make sure this guy is at his desk next saturday morning. Give them the benefit of the doubt.

It is my favourite top book and will always be like i say here more than one time. I do not consider this a complaint, it's not important have miss $100+ because of that delay, there will be other days. Human errors are acceptable but "avoidable errors" due to mismanagement less. Let's finish this on that manner and move on.

Can we get a time check? Two posts so far saying give Pinnace some time its only Saturday morning. Its 4:22 p.m. EST. This WD should have been approved by now. Pinnacle is the one bragging about fast payouts. Not me.

You right about the manager and i never doubt that he is really out ( wich will be the advantage to create complaint? none ) the point here is another ...

If my memory is good when captain Kirk was "sick" there were another person that "take command" of the enterprise no? Yes he was Mr Spoke no? And if Mr Spoke was sick? He was the Dr Mcoy no? And if the doctor was sick? He was Mr Scott no? ... Get the point?

I know that rule SVT, what i meant to say prior is Do you not think honestly that a bookmaker like Pinnacle should ALWAYS have a person that could handle Neteller payouts over 10K in a case of manager's absence?

There is any poster here that believe that a bookmaker like Pinnacle should not always have a person that could handle these payouts in manager's absence?

I understand your concern and position. But don't you think this could have been resolved OFF THE FORUM by asking to speak with their Main Guy?

I am sure they have their reasons and we can only speculate...

Furthermore, I suspect if you said that YOU had a problem with this, they would have and might still do everything to accomodate you...

For the record, I agree with Concorde that this is too slow for a top book like Pinnacle. They can always manage to have someone watching the bets and the lines, so why not someone to approve payouts? It's as though payouts are not so important to them!? That's what it seems like from here.

As for using the forums, I see nothing wrong with it in this case. If I'm truly the best and have nothing to hide, I'd have no problem with having everything I did recorded and published for all to see.
