Can The Usa Be Sued???????????

This is my big question?
And I am yet to get an explanation on this and why the entire USA/WORLD is not doing anything about it?


So, here goes.
there is sooooo much that the US have to say about gambling etc, BUT
look at this, if a cars seat belt dont seem to work right, theres a recall, 1mil 2mil are recalled, products are pulled from shelves, left right and center for many, many different reasons, and if the people/companies dont comply, ha, they are in tons of trouble or SHUT down.

I cannot recall Gambling killing anyone, but, from the last 35plus years of my life I've known

CIGARETTES KILL, they cause, cancer, disease of the this and that, but they are NEVER pulled from the shops, why? why? why?
the entire world knows this, but is is L E G A L, L E G A L, L E G A L.


I believe if the public got together and presented a lawsuit, they should be a ble to win,

my,my,my cigarrettes kills, and is legal, marijuana, no way as lethal as ciggs, but are illegal??

I must be in a dream world.

There have plenty of gambling suicides or murders over gambling debts. The U.S. is always behind the world when it comes to human vises but when you own the big game it's hard to lose on anything through the system that you control.

Isn't there some stipulation about a citizen not being able to sue the US Govt?

We live in a moralistic society of church people that think that certain adult activities should be outlawed, and that once outlawed people will just refrain from doing those activities....Idealistic but not realistic.

All the activities towards the prohibition of gambling, marijuana, other drugs, prostitution.....all they do is create huge untaxed profits for underground economies that thrive merely on the basis that such behaviors are outlawed.

Legalize it, regulate it, tax it.

The behaviors have been around forever, one can either have the behaviors and spend billions trying to eradicate the behavior, or have the behaviors and profit from them. That's a simple choice that lawmakers miss everytime.

The marijuana thing being illegal while cigs are not is just another failure in the governments policy towards prohibition. Never worked with alcohol, never works with the rest of the crimes of consent.

As far as suing the govt.....good luck, they got money to blow to defend themselves......then there are these idiots who smoked three or four packs a day, being told all the while that smoking was hazardous to thier health, near death from lung cancer and actually winning court cases against tobacco companies. I guess the lack of personal responsibility by the smoker means big tobacco should be sued?

If I gain 200 pounds should I be able to sue fast food companies for causing me to be fat?

remember the ol man getting a judgement of 300 million for getting lung cancer and he smoked 3 packs a day for 30 years?
