I am trying to find when the assembly retires for the session and whether they will get around to a Senate Vote on 1191. Any thoughts or info on your end?

Thanks.

I would have to say its dead General, but haven´t heard anything specific. I believe the assembly has already closed up shop in Indiana. To pass a bill it requires numerous readings, passing a number of committees and then passage with governors signature. Obviously legislators there found better things to do with their time, but I cant say this with 100 percent certainty. I believe both Montana and Washington did pass bills to do in some effect a block on internet wagering, but they both looked like toothless saps to the existing industry to me.

I should be on the Committee on Public Policy.
