Dont like todays card one bit. Either the favorities I like are overvalued, or the dogs I like not getting enough value. Only 1 game I can justify playing for 1 small unit. So lets play it safe today, or go check out any of the other great cappers at THERX, you know who they are.
68-53 YTD +$2184.00 +21.8units YTD

(1)unit Detroit +113 100 for 113 pinny

Good luck. Nothing special today. Not going to force action, if I dont see anything I like.

Lets get 50 units by June1. Its going to happen, I feel it!!!!!!:money8:

I would take bucsfan then. Hes a top capper, and if he likes the game enough to call it his favorite, I would strongly consider Bucs. This is barely a play for me. Small 1 unit.

Good Luck everyone.

Just a note. Im in a contest that some of you may know about. Im making some picks, because I have to for the sake of the contest. Those picks are not picks im putting real money on.

I might have missed it if you already did it, but is there anyway you can put your contest picks in a seperate category. You have a great, selective style for capping and I don't want to tail if they are "forced" picks. I don't think it's coincedence that after you accepted the contest, you hit your 1st slump of the season. When you stick to your style, you're money in the bank. Nice job getting back to your ways and staying patient. GL on Detroit!

I dont force picks on this thread. This thread is the picks I play with real money. The contest will have the same plays 90% of the time except for days like today, when I only have 1 play worth putting money on. Its one thing to force plays in a season long contest with requirements to make selections. But I will never force a pick with real money, no matter what.

No Monopoly money in this thread. I win and lose with my hard earned money in this thread.

Glad to hear that these are real-money picks, Ct.

Also admire that you won't force picks - we'll do
just fine over the course of the season!:103631605

I worded this wrong. 99% of the time they are the same picks that I do put in here. The problem with today, I only have 1 game that I am playing with real money, and felt the need to supply the contest with 4 picks. So that caused a problem with me needing to put picks that im not really playing with real money. But after talking with the Mod over there we agreed that if I only have 1 play, I can just post 1 play. So for now on all picks will be the same.

Choptalk, is there any place to review peoples' selections in the contest for the benefit of playing streaks or are they locked until after the game starts giving no benefit to people looking to find winners? If not, then where do I go to follow the contest? Thanks for your time. tulsa

The picks are out there for anyone to see. You know the site. I believe I have seen you post there before. Dont think its a good idea to post a link here. There is a contest thread, we post our plays in the open for anyone to play or fade.

Thanks for your inside info on the NL East. :lolBIG:

I didn't realize that was the site you were speaking of. I'll check it out! I was thinking you were speaking of the Bucsfan67 contest. I was wondering where to find that contest posting as well. Anyway, thanks and if you need to know more about the NL East....you know who to call. tulsa
