Monsoon rains, probably gets called. They are saying it's the hardest rain they have seen in years.Buckets, cats and dogs.

and from the look of the torrential rains, I doubt this thing will see its conclusion.

More than likely, runlines and over unders are a goner....

A 9th inning rainout in Oakland, when the game is over the total by 15 runs.

I had the over as my posted Best Bet of the day in Tulsa's contest, and I had Texas on the +1.5 RL B-I-G

To make matters worse, I bought back some of that by taking out a small wager on
Oakland on the ML ....

So if it's called, I actually lose $ instaed of win $?

This is soooo effing rotten .....

Haven't been following the game but noticed this post. If the game is still delayed, just want to let anyone interested that it is not currently raining very much at all locally. Game should be completed.

I had this same thing happen in the exhibition game two years ago in Kansas City...this is incredible! I have never gotten one of these freak rain games to go my way....3 years ago Minnesota scored 7 in the first and the damn game got rained out!

this ouldn't hurt nearly as bad financially but it would be the ultimate bad beat....In Oakland CA. of all places!

the field is a mess. the ground crew didn't get the tarp out as they dont have much of a ground crew. they were getting ushers and other employees to help. By the time they got the tarp out, it was too late. 1st rainout in oakland in 7 years I hear. Was mad I left the over alone and only played Texas. Not so mad anymore.

bad beat.

TN:

You mean the game has been called? Understand if the field is unplayable, but the weather is currently just cloudy with no rain.

watching the Rangers broadcast, and the announcers said they would be shocked if this game continued. The field is a mess and the risk of injury is a concern. But, that said, I have not heard officially that it is cancelled. MLB is probably making a call to Vegas to see what they want. lol
