Any quick reasoning, how you handicap this Final day of a series look?

I dont feel the series mean that much to the teams this early in the season. I am handicapping pitchers, injuries, streaking teams, etc. Feel these variables mean much more right now as a lot of people are trying to figure out who is for real and who is not. Late in the season (after the allstar break) I weigh more heavily on live dogs as the public has settled in on "their teams" and those prices are the most attractive. My sides have not been very profitable but the totals have been great. Hence, the all totals card today. Still making adjustments on the sides. I have my picks, just not playing them today. Once I see a turnaround on them I will post them. I like Boston, NYM, and san diego today. No bets on them though.

good luck

Thanks..

I was asking about the Totals, as at first I'd like the Cubs and Detroit games to be Under, too.. but I played Over.... just feeling those teams are going bang the ball around today.

I feel it is dangerous to play the "due" theory. Always think of the saying "play the due and you are though". Don't know where I picked that saying up, but it has suck with me for 20 years.

Cubs are not scoring and that offense doesnt impress me. Glover has been pitching pretty well winning his last 2 and the Milw offense isnt very impressive either.

Detroit game was a little harder to pull the trigger on. Hate betting Boston under. Arroyo is a stud and wont be facing Pudge today. Manny also out for Boston has to be worth 1 to 2 runs also.

Good luck with your plays.

I understand, about playing 'due' to, which is something I don't do.. I've seen casino players lose it all thinking that way.

Whenever I handicap, I always look at the other side whenever I'm ready to pull the trigger, and more often than not, I drop that losing play.

Looking forward to Saturday's Newspaper, with your picks Friday:party:

tough day card losing the mets and cubs totals both in the ninth inning. End up splitting and losing juice instead of having a great afternoon.

Let's get em tonight.

Actually I dont know now.

Maybe we can have a little debate about the yankees total. Both starting pitchers are ok. Wang was great last outing.

11 runs is a lot even though the last two games were way over.
