What is best sportsbook/poker room combo?

Your criteria seems to relate to the poker end of things so...

Since Sportsbook.com bought Paradise Poker I'd have to give them the nod. Paradise is a world-class poker room and Bodog isn't, IMO. I can't comment on the Sportsbook end of things at all since I have never played there. They haven't screwed up the poker room as of yet, except that they make blackjack available from the poker lobby. Which I hate.

Do you know if Bowmans and WSEX use the IQ-Ludorum software for sportsbook and casino?

BoDOG bought the source code for their casino and their poker room from third-parties and then continued their development and maintenance in-house. I believe their sportsbook software was developed completely in-house , but I'm not certain.
