I would imagine it is after you both lost all of your money and no longer have a permanent address (because you lost your rent/mortgage money too).

I've never heard of a sports book shutting the door on a gambler who is losing and still has money left to spend...

I would really respect a bookmaker who would actually BOOT someone if they knew it was costing him much more than his money....
