I suppose you are right on that. Only thing is about 98% of my bankroll is tied up in the same places you all play in. I really only hit Vegas numbers on Friday nights, usually college football which I don't seriously bet anyways. Definitely good numbers to be had in those. For most of the rest of the year though not enough time value in hunting down those advantages unless you are a full timer. Traffic and geography make it too hard to be worthwhile for all but the most dedicated scalpers and players. Used to be good with a number of good options for phone accounts, but those are all but gone now as well.
For bases, by far my biggest effort of the year, I play almost all overnights. I do give something up though, missing out on a number of plays where had I known the number moved my way in the last half hour I might have hit it.
Without a doubt I think if you are serious just about betting, East is the better place to be timewise. If you are in-game specialist or love to sweat the games, then I can see West being better.
