The page is unavailable or no longer exists

The page you're trying to find is either temporarily unavailable or no longer exists.

Please do one of the following:

  • Click your browser's Refresh button to try reconnecting to the page.
  • Check the spelling of the web address in your browser's address bar.
  • Click your browser's Back button to go back to the previous page.

Have you tried clicking on the underlined link labeled "sign out of your .NET Passport and sign in using your Hotmail account." It sounds like you have a .NET passport account that you are already logged into. If so, when you are trying to access hotmail it takes the currently logged in .NET account instead of your hotmail account.

I would suggest clicking on the link to log out of any account you may be logged into and then try to log into hotmail.

I have clicked on all links and I can access my MSN account but not my messages.

Hotmail does not support the .NET Passport you are signed in to.

In the Control Panel (Add/Remove) does Microsoft.net framework 1.1 and 1.1 hotfix have anything to do with this?

Hotmail has been having various problems for 2-3 months. I finally got tired of it and switched to Gmail.
