With bases loaded, Neifi Perez just jumped out of the way of a 75-mph breaking ball that would have hit him. Then he grounded into an inning-ending double play.

Outside of one meltdown inning (where he had an 0-2 count with 2 outs), Prior has been nothing short of superb. Something like 4 runs in 38 innings.

Prior is 3-1, should be 5-1 by now. 27 hits allowed in 39 innings.

If the Cubs lose this, they will be 3-3 in his starts. What a crime.

Yup thats what I thought. I have been there twice but never seen a shot of it from above like that. Man I love Monte Carlo. The pic makes the water look closer then it really is.

he is lights out. he can't win in houston though for some reason.

Yeah, I didn't get a sense of being near the water when going to the casino. There are some sweet beaches in Monte Carlo though. I was there during the Grand Prix of Monte Carlo about five years ago, what a great time. That place is like Utopia.
