Now and then you sit back and reflect on life and regret some decisions you've made. I've been doing that recently and wonder what other people regret most.

1 - Getting married.
2 - Getting married to a psycho.
3 - Getting married without a prenup.
4 - Getting married and having a kid with a psycho.
5 - Moving to Canada from the UK.

Many others but not as significant

1. I was adopted and I found my birth mom at age 25. Broke my adopted parents heart when I did this.

2. I never went on vacation with my kids. I worked all the time.

3. when my mom that raised me was dying of cancer I never took the time to say im sorry and more importantly thank you.

1. Michelle-did sleep with her
2. Andrea- did sleep with her
3. Lucy- did not sllep with her
4. Val- did sleep with her
5. Karen- not only slept with her but moved in
6. Debb- did not sleep with her
7. Valentina- slept with her but didnt move in so she left
8. Silvia- invited me in but i didnt accept
9. Yvonne- didnt ask her to marry me
10. Went to UW in 1980 and saw construction for a buildingin Redmond for some company called "Microsoft" an didnt buy the stock! Duhhp!

I used to have a long list of regrets. But I've realised that every thing had to happen the way it did for me to be where I am today. Fate, chance, destiny, what ever you want to call it, seems to work in strange ways.

I can honestly say that I'm completely happy. I have no regrets, only blessings.

many adopted kids want to find their birth mom, out of curiosity, why was your adopted mom so upset about it? I dont think you need to feel guilty about looking for your birth mom at an age of 25..... it is natural to be curious.....

I should have never quit playing Baseball to pursue Soccer.

Meeting my ex-wife by far the worst thing I ever did...I can't even wish that never happened because of my daughter from it, but otherwise it was the worst mistake I ever made driving down to Rockville that night back in 1992

I should have went to work for myself long before I did....working for a Co. is way overrated...anyone who's on the fence with an idea should GO FOR IT! A job means you are Just Over Broke!

Regrets? Maybe "the road not taken".....as I look back at some of the paths I took and opted out of.....

Thinking about "the road not taken" sort of assumes that everything would have worked out great and for the better.....when in reality it might have led to being in misery (or dead) and wondering if the other road would have been better.....this is starting to sound like a plot from "The Twilight Zone"......

Right now I look at other peoples lives and all the drama and commitments and social obligations they have, and I'm just glad I'm single and carefree.....I got friends who have satellite dishes and buy the sports packages only to have thier wives and girlfriends drag them out shopping on the weekends....

I tell my friends the most drama I have in my life is laying in bed watching tv and the batteries go dead in the remote control....

To make a long story short. My good friends at Harvard started The Source Magazine in 1988 out of their dorm and I helped a bit but could not comit to it and dropped out. I stayed close the next two years with these guys and they still out of their dorm had done amazing things with The Source. They went full time in 1990 after college and got big and sold most of it. My biggest regret that doesn't involve women is not becoming a partner because I was drinking smoking and barely getting by as it was even though I saw the potential even more than they did.Fight the Power. I'm Black and Green! Know What I Mean?
