Plays for Monday:

1. Marlins (+1.27)
2. WSOX (-1.47)
3. Redsox (-1.75)
4. Reds/Mets over 9 (-1.30)
5. LAA/Clev over 9 (+1.02)

all above plays for 1 unit with listed pitchers at pinnacle, except the reds total and its at Olympic... The redsox play is for 1 unit today and not 2.. I had to use a little money management on this progression play from yesterday.. The above plays will be played in a one-time only progression... I will be around alot less this week, as ive started back to the gym on a very strict workout and diet regimen.. I will keep this thread in a weekly record until next monday, when ill update the overall record..

workout went good (8), diet was ok (5),, on a scale of 1-10.. ive always worked out very hard, its the diet that kills me..

Playing Bos, wsox, and the over 10.5 (clev/tor) for 2 units..
Playing Col for 1 unit
Playing hou/az over 7.5 for 1 unit..

Looks like a decent day, sure hate losing the 2 unit ones as they sting. Red Sox still have some time though. Gonna stick with this progression for awhile SSI? Just seems like you have to hit quite a few of them to over come when the favs lose.

yeah the improvements have helped..

everything is closed with wins except the hou/az over.

Update Year to date record (since almost everything is closed).

Totals: 23-22 (-1.17 units)
Sides: 82-69 (+25.08 units)

will update any new plays later today, since im not particularly looking at series now..

New Format is 6-0 (with one pending).

had a slight typo in the post above, the above records are correct.. Not even going to look at new format.. Just listing in this record..

Plays for wednesday:

Pirates (-1.13) 1 unit.
Cards (-1.16) 1 unit.
Twins (-1.28) 1 unit.
AZ/Hou over 8.5 (+1.09) 1 unit.

az/hou total is for 1 unit only, my money management call.. good luck guys, listed pitchers at pinnacle.

adding: Bos/Oak over 9.5 (-1.05). wells/etherton for 1 unit.

If this play loses, ill do the one time double up friday night on the Bos/atl game.

if any play loses today (pitt already blew it).. ill be doing a one time double up on their next game (ill be on pitt for 2 units friday night)...

i will not be able to post again until sunday or monday, good luck to all.. got to go out of town on business...

will update record then (which will include the 2 unit plays)..

got in earlier than i thought, won the pitt game tonight on my 2 unit play.. no other games were needed as the other posted games on wednesday, were all winners..
