Getting serious for a second, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ........LILLIE LANGTRYS gourmet restaurant at the NUGGET.

I think many of you should make a point to try it when you are at the bash.

I finally went to downtown Vegas this last trip. I must say I prefer it to the strip. Just has a better vibe. Played some single deck bj at four queens (happy to see bj paying 3:2) and enjoyed a nice meal at Hugo's. I am strongly considering going to the bash mainly to experience staying in the downtown area.

I agree with you, Peteep. Downtown has a great atmosphere, more like old-time Vegas. I can't even go near the Strip without feeling like some sucker tourist whose billfold gets lighter by the minute.

and the GN is the class of downtown to...first class all the way I would not stay anywhere else downtown...its in the center of it all and a beautiful place
