Thursday Bases....(149-109, +87.97 units, ytd...)

Well we got back on track on Wednesday, in a big way, going 5-1, +7.53 units, to reach a new season high of +87.97 units.....

Gonna post early since most games go around noon on Thursday, lets win again....As you will see, i am not crazy about alot on Thursday, so im not gonna "inflate" the units, on games i dont like as well, i am gonna stick with how i capped them for value, and we simply wont have as much action today....we will let our money rest up for the Weekend... :103631605

when you make a play.... what percentage would you say is your GUT FEELING vs STATS?

also....

do you look at the card before you look at the odds? or do you look at the card & the odds all at once, all at the same time....

I remember last year at one point you were down 25 or so, since then you have won 227 UNITS in a ROW (give or take a few losing days).....

SS, first off, thanks for the words, i appreciate it...And you are right, started out slow last year, and went down 25+ units, however, never deviated from the 1-3 units plays, had we started pressing early, could have been down 50 easily, and thats when u get in trouble.....

I can honestly say i probalby dont cap games like "anyone else" does...that may be good, may not be, time will tell....

Obviously cant get into all i do, or how, cuz alot is gut, and to answer your question, i would say its more "gut feeling" then stats, i follow bases closely, have good recall, i can remember how pitchers perform against certain teams, players, etc, without the stats, and i just play hunches, too....there is no "system" i use, i just follow bases, and use my knowledge......works sometimes, sometimes it dont.....The reason i am not a real BIG advocate of STATS to cap games, is that the same info u get, is the same the linesmakers get, and the STATS are already figured into the line, and have "altered" the value.....I look for the best "value" i can get for who is playing...

Just play what i like C-LO....As i have said many times, i dont see anything wrong with bettin a fav, as long as it wins.....when i was first posting, people would immediately jump on me if there was too many fav's....i thought, who cares, as long as we win...

some days i will have all favs, some days might be 4 dogs 1 fav, its just who i like, and where i see value in "matchups"....i dont go by any "rules"....

but lets get em tomorrow
