They are a non coded credit card processor,this company owes more than $100K (Pending Settlements) to a good friend of mine who is owner of a respected online casino,This is not the only case that I know, I talk to someone in the high management at BetCris and they also took away a higher amount.
This company is supposedly located in Sweden run by Nick Nolter with their servers being host in US Territory their contact info in one of their sites say they also are located in Panama, but this is not true last week we went to panama looking for their office we found only a dentist and a hot secretary.
Doing a little more research ive found out that these guys are charging credit cards without the previous consent of the Credit Card Holders,
This is where you the customer has to be very cautious... check your bank statement!, and if you are a Sportsbook/Casino turn they down
