Thank God Houston had that 0-for-13 guy on their bench to hit for Clemens...I would of hated to see a rally there with the leadoff man on base. :drink:

I have the under and I was cursing a storm the first inning
I hate losing because of ******* ERRORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thankfully Clemens is a top notch pitcher and settled in...
I knew Halsey could throw but not like this!
even tho Houston isnt the most potent offense.

That made me sick...heck, we were lucky to get a run out of that. That was almost a double play. There is no one in this lineup that I really would want to see up...maybe Biggio and Ensberg...other than that, this lineup is a disaster.

Clip, I am rooting for you. I almost posted this game but just could not see where Houston was going to get their offense. They have let Clemens down all year. good luck

Does anyone agree with me that if you are having trouble scoring runs that you should probably bunt over the tying runs with no outs?

That was it...Biggio up with a full count and 2 outs...runners going to get a jump...ouch

Not much hope in the 9th with Berkman, Ensberg, and Lane coming up unless they can get a HR from one of them. After Ensberg, they have no one in the lineup that can hit at the bottom of the lineup.

Mrpotter...they tried. He bunted it back to the pitcher and he threw to 3rd and got the force out. :sad3:

Exactly...couple that with 5 errors and you won't win many games. :lolBIG:
