Well family we didn't do to well yesterday. But just like a true gambler I am back to make some cash. Interleague is here , which has been fun & both dangerous. I find it to be similiar to doing well in college football all season long then for some dumb reason you start betting differently than before when Bowl season arrives & you get trashed. Well hopefully experience has been the best teacher & now we can make this event fun to watch & bet.

TEXAS RANGERS -185 Rogers has been outstanding the last few starts & if you know baseball you know the Astros bats have been dreadful. I easily find this could have been a -200 price tag or better. But at the same token lets not forget this is interleague and leave it at that. So with the Stros officially now the worst road teams in the majors & with the Rangers coming off two losses don't be surprised to see The Gambler's streak at 39 scoreless innings when this is over.
BALTIMORE ORIOLES -155 Daniel Cabrera at 6-7 will be something to look at for the Phillies. Not just for the height ,but for the pitches he will be firing across the plate. The Orioles I have found to be great when it comes to fighting off losing streaks this year. The fact that many of these Phillies haven't seen Daniel before is a bonus. Pitcher advantage on first time matchups. Wolf has been perfect against the O's in interleague , but I do expect so of their prior AB's to make it a little easier to hit this time around. Thome & Lofton coming back may take a series or two to get back in the swing. I expect a final of 8-5 Orioles.
BOSTON REDSOX -105 I watched Miller's last game vs the M's & he was pitching the hell out of that baseball. Hudson, if you go with my theory above has seen these Redsox hitters & they have seen him many many many times. Not quite sure how this isn't a pick em' game. Yes Wade was in the National league and Chipper has owned him, but that's one player who hopefully will play with his earlier injury. I think Wade just from my watching him pitch has found a touch he owned in Houston for a few years. Plus the whole Redsox team use to bat around on Huddy with his 5.87 era against them.
CHICAGO CUBS -110 I think in my opinion the Whitesox start to lose a few series in a row. This is just a hunch that their bats start to catch up with them & those 1 run games they have been winning they start to lose. Maddux has found a groove with his spot pitching again. He seems to know he doesn't have the stuff he had 4years ago, but kind of has the Moyer effect going where he knows how to still get in a position to win. Now if we can just get Dusty to stop whining and coach the team to victory. Pierzynski sorry, but he will not keep this streak up of Babe Ruth proportions. Cubby fans your team will start to become consistent starting today.
Well gang I have enjoyed your support with my plays this season thus far. Now I want to return the favor and turn out a profitable, if not perfect card tonight.
