I get the impression that the new software didn't go over very well.
It has been much more stable and not hanging near as much (unless they have a stupid freeroll with 500 people chasing $50), but I think that they lost a lot of players when they switched software.
It also may have something to do with the new ante "feature".

I use to play there and it seemed to me most of the players were bots. I assume now that they went through the software change, whoever was running those bots can't get them to work with the new program. I played there a little last week to see how the software was, and oddly 80% or so of the players were from outside the U.S. About half of them from Germany. They must be advertising/marketing there a lot.
