during march madness 2002, my fingers cramped up so bad that i had to go to the hospital. my doctor told me i had a problem and if i post again...i could lose some digits. i went out and bought one of those things that pro-bowlers wear on their hands and haven't had a problem since.

although, yesterday when i was cutting the grass, i thought of something funny and had to really fight the urge to stop the mower and post. i just paused, took a breath, and said out loud "blue, you can wait until you are done with the lawn. you are not cool hand jim...finish the grass, then post".

i got through it but it was not easy.
