Casa goes from being fairly generous with a free neteller payout of 1k per day to being very expensive at 2% now. You can only take out 1k per day and it cost you $20. They should just go to what most books do and let you get one free per month up to $2,500. Since there is no way they or anyone else could touch Pinnacle or Olympics greatness on neteller payouts. Pinnacle lets you get one free per month for any amount and Olympic lets you get up to 8k every 14 days.

Today. I had just took out 1k on Monday and wasn't charged and then I requested another 1k today and noticed $20 missing from my account. I called to see where my $20 was and they said it was there new policy. I bitched a bit and asked why no e-mail was sent out and they said it was on their website. I asked them to reimburse me the $20 since I was not notified and after a long song and dance and battle of wills they gave me back the $20. They should notify every customer by e-mail, as they send e-mails on everything else.

That is absolutely ridiculous. Wouldnt be quite as bad if you could do 2500 and get nipped for 20 bucks. That is insane.

That really sucks. The $20 fee sure cancels out the 0.5% cashback they are so proud of....

When did this happen??? I just joined wagerweb like 3 days ago and now they change it - what a f*cking crock.

Currently, Mansion offers all netellers free, no max per day or anything. And i've always had my $ before I wake up in the morning the next day.

Web has never been able to come up with a withdrawal policy that players like. But this is really bad. AT first the rule was, you could only withdraw by neteller an amount equal to your last deposit. Than they made it a little better by making it 2x your last deposit. Then they switched to unlimited free neteller withdrawals, but max of 1k a day. ANd in all cases you always had to request the withdrawal by 11AM. And I'm sure that a lotr of players were like me, in that every day I would request 1k, even if I didn't need it. But knowing that if I won alot, I'd be stuck only being able to withdraw 1k the next day, I think the general sentiment is, evryday ask for 1k. And if you go broke, you always have the option of resending the money. WHile this policy probably made it much easier for web to always insure that they had sufficient funds in neteller (though there were some days where players reported thier neteller was dry), I'm sure they must have had far more withdrawal requests than before. And I'm also sure thier neteller fees went up as well. FOr most books neteller charges about 2% for withdrawals up to $30 per $2500. But because players couldn't request $2500, ultimately web using thier system would be paying $50 per $2500.

As BAUS pointed out, the fee greatly exceeds any benefit a player could get from the .5% back. I just don't understand why it is so difficult fornweb to let players withdrawa $2500 at a time. IF they wnat to make a ax neteller payuout of 5k a week, I don't think theire would be too many complaints. But the 1k a day policy was begging for trouble.

This is a perfect example of why it would be so nice to hear from the sports books...

I will notify WagerWeb to see if they will respond here...

Even though this really sucks, I think part of the blame has to go to Neteller as well. It would be much better for the industry if there were more options of sending/receiving money offshore. The books could take a big hit by being too generous on the Neteller payouts I would assume. Especially books without Pinnacle and Olympic's volume. I would bet they get a much better rate than the other books simply because of volume. But I am just shooting from the hip here. I have always marveled at how books can afford to give out the free Neteller withdrawals. That would seem like a lot of money to me.

Not saying what these guys did was right...especially the way they handled it. But I sure wish there were other options/competition for Neteller.

Pinny and Oly just added SOLID PAY to their banking options and hopefully CLICK2PAY will be a force in the coming months.

moneybookers is actually cheaper (for the players at least) than neteller, but many books dont offer moneybookers and it can be a pain in the ass to get a high limit for limits on the amount you can transfer out for the last 90 days.

The absolute minimum acceptable standard is one free every 30 days ( $2500) and $15 for $2500 thereafter.
