I know these guys take some flak, but I gotta give their CS some props for helping me out with a difficult issue. Over the past year I had developed some "impulse control problems" (ie turned into a complete degenerate) and got hooked on their online casino and online poker (ie the 24 hour forms of gambling). Quite frankly, I lost tens of thousands of dollars and lost tons of time with family in the past year while playing their online casinos and online poker, while basically holding my own in sports (which doesnt take up as much time because it is on only during set hours). I played a lot at Bodog because of the ease of their EFT deposits.
A buddy suggested something I should have thought of a lot sooner, ask them to disable my online casino and poker accounts but keep the sports account active. I thought they would laugh in my face at that request (after all, why would they kill a cash cow if I was giving them my ass, one butt cheek at a time) but the CS guy I spoke to completely understood and disabled my casino and poker accounts without any hassles.
