As many of you know, I am following bucsfan's units and plays exactly as he lays them out until I feel otherwise. In the meantime, I will continue to do the daily grind to stay on top of it myself. I will post a thread daily of picks of the entire board in case some of you want an opinion (or fade) on certain games with 1-2 line writeups for reasons why I made each pick/lean. I have been so unorganized keeping records and units, so I will start yet again and try to track this in an organized fashion this time. Once again, I am picking the entire board, but not making plays on these myself - but they are well thought out. I do this everyday anyway, so I'll just put it on here. All plays hypothetical 1 unit. Never any run lines.

National League

1) Pirates -110(Fogg) @ Reds -110(Ortiz) OV 9.5 -110

Fogg is a competitor on the mound and he doesn't suffer much dropoff on the road. Ortiz has yet to put together a solid outing in his 2005 campaign. Pirates are the better team here.

2) Phillies +135(Lidle) @ Braves -155(Smoltz) UN 8 -110

Lidle has been inconsistent all year, and tonight he has to go against Smoltz. Lidle knows that going up against Smoltz, he'll have to step his game up. Under 8 seems nice, and Braves with Smoltz at home at -155 is a good price.

3) Mets -148 (Pedro) @ Marlins +128 (Moehler) UN 7.5 -115

Nice price for Pedro who dominated the Marlins earlier this year in South Florida. Marlins hitting and pitching is in a 2-game funk. I think Moehler duels Pedro a bit tonight but too good of a price to pass up on Pedro after his team let him down last outing, they make it up to him tonight.

4) Astros -105 (Oswalt) @ Brewers -110 (Davis) UN 7 -105

Oswalt handled Milwaukee earlier this year, and he knows he won't get much run support. Good price for a good pitcher.

5) Nationals +190 (Armas) @ Cardinals -230 (Morris) UN 9 -120

Morris wins this game tonight. But Armas has been able to keep his team in games especially on the road, and this game stays under the number.

6) Dodgers -120 (Lowe) @ Diamondbacks EV (Estes) UN 9 +105

Lowe has had his struggles on the road this year, and I think he puts together an average game tonight. Diamondbacks get a strong outing out of Estes in the underdog role.

7) Padres -110 (Lawrence) @ Giants -110 (Hennessy) OV 9 -115

Padres are the better team here, and find a way to get a road win against an average Ginats squad in a big offensive night for the Padres.

American League

1) A's +115 (Zito) @ Indians -135 (Lee) OV 7.5 -110

Nice night for Zito to get his curveball working against this Indians squad. Both teams can score a bit and get over 7.5 on these two starters.

2) Red Sox +150 (Wakefield) @ Yankees (Johnson) UN 9 EV

These are the games the Big Unit was brought in for. He's got the Red Sox at home and this is why he earns his pay check and he knows it. He can make up for a down year with a nice win tonight.

3) Twins -170 (Santana) @ Blue Jays +150 (Towers) OV 7.5 -120

Great price, great value on a guy who has 6 walks all year (Towers). If he does that at home, Blue Jays have a chance to get a nice dog win.

4) Mariners -110(Meche) @ Devil Rays -110(Hendrickson) OV 9 -105

Mariners need a road win against this club, and the Mariners bullpen will be the difference at the Trop.

5) Tigers +135 (Robertson) @ Orioles -155 (Ponson) UN 9 -105

Ponson continues to give his team a chance at home, hols the Tigers at bay and the Orioles offense continues to give the Tigers a bad road trip.

6) White Sox +120(McCarthy) @ Rangers -140 (Young) OV 9.5 EV

Rangers have been playing some cupcakes recently, they get a quality Sox team today who finds a way to win at this price.

7) Royals +170 (Carrassco) @ Angels -200(Byrd) OV 8.5 -120

Royals flat-out out-score the Angels in a high scoring affair. Nice price for the underdog.

Box my man. Why do you play baseball with a 20cent line? Thats throwing away hard earned money.

I don't Chop. I have two books. Betonsports and Pinnacle. I like betonsports because they inflate the line on favorites, giving me better value on dogs. I bet pinnacle when i bet favorites. Or just whichever has the better line. But thats usually the case. I didnt feel like flip flopping back and forth between windows to make my phantom picks, so I just wrote them all down from BOS because they are easier for me to read off that site. I think you and some others have taught me better than that. :103631605

Tulsa, C-Lo, Mr. Potter - all my best to you fellas.
