Mr Kennedy was a poster a couple years ago , who was a total a$$, who eventually ended up stiffing a fantasy contest...from what I recall he called the book and took the prize money....
When Noreaga arrived on the scene, I had asked him back then if he was indeed Mr Kennedy, he denied it and that was that....I have no idea what proof The major is referring to.
