Yahoo--The Worst News Source for Scores

On their homepage(my home Yahoo page) they show the FINAL score as Colorado 1
Chicago Cubs 5

When you click on the Final ---It shows the score as 5 to 4.

This happens with them WAY too Often!!

and the wrong score that they show is always the score i need :headbeat:

They are very very good for NBA boxscores that are quick and accurate during games. Baseball is weak though.

And don't bother asking them a question--they'll take at least 5 days to answer and told me once that I did not provide adequete details?? :icon_conf

I wonder if some of their staff used to work Offshore.

bad enough they give Colorado the 4 spot but where are the rest of the Cubs runs?

LOL....I thought that CBS sportsline was the king of inaccuracy, but maybe I was wrong.

Most of the play-by-play sites are notoriously inaccurate. I don't trust any of them for official stats and scores. If I need accuracy/confirmation, I typically check www.sportsnetwork.com as I've found them to be very reliable.
