Being an A's fan, (though that would never stop me from betting against them), I will stick up for this team. They have been ravaged by injuries for one. And second, a team with their payroll is going to have to reload with younger players at some point. This year is in the toilet but the younger players are going to get the experience they need. There is great potential on that team. You can't even judge the Hudson and Mulder trades for at least another year if not two.
