The only one who did not hang his head was Nash. You are right Rainbow, they packed it in. Amare was still trying also. Marion is a major no show, and that was effectively their last stand. Game #4 sweeps are notoriously one sided affairs. Talk about the worm turning. MVP, coach of the year, best record in NBA, sweep first opponent in NBA Playoffs, then poof! Swept out of action. Give me a NBA defensive team any year in the playoffs.

No, Spurs are most worried about closing out this series, that is for sure. A playoff veteran team knows you have to close out. They are more worried about not closing out and this series extending to 6 or 7. The vets know rest is the key between series. Pop will have them focused to closeout, and the Spurs excel in elimination games.

My ass Nash wasn't showing signs of head hanging. What game were you watching?

You are right, his head was hanging because his team team was not running with him and let him get trapped without no one to pass to time and again. He ended up with 3 assists? My point is, he was still running and pushing, but his team was absent on the wings. But you are right, he was disgusted. A more telling story line, many of the players feel they have to play a perfect game to beat the Spurs, before it ever starts. The Spurs have won the mental aspect before the tip. He did hang his head, my mistake...

Was just puzzled by your first comment as I respect your opinion greatly and am usually in agreement and once again it turns out to be the case it sounds like.

I wish every series went 7 games. I was at the game Saturday and Phoenix showed alot oh heart but everytime the Suns made a run The Spurs would bend but not break. Nash had twice as many turnovers as assists. That won't win you many games this deep in the playoffs.

Spurs over the HEAT in 6!

Spurs will win tonite. Money on the under. Gotta run to the Game.
