I'll be at Mandaly Bay from Wed thru Sun...I'd like to know which Horse tracks they get simulcasted into the hotel. Last trip there I called and they said they got "all" tracks running. That was not the case when I got there....So if anyone know OR knows how to get that info, I would appreaciate it.

They lie. The don't do all. They are not even allowed to get Los Al. or Cal-Expo. What tracks are you looking for? I used to work out there and pretty much every place picks up the same tracks. Give or take 1 or 2.

joe the mandalay bay is not known for having a great sportsbook. its not thier bread and butter and ive heard everyone trash it whos been there.it gets horrible reviews from my friends whove been there and i checked it out myself last year and the counter people were impatient and rude. its a quality 5 star place for sure but they neglected good quality service when it came to the sportsbook. the mirage/treasure island is the best and caesars too.call bob scucci at the stardust and get information from him. he answers all my questions and when i was at the stardust he was a very helpfull and great guy.esposito at caesars too. just call the hotels and ask for the sportsbooks then ask to talk to these guys.:103631605 ~RG

Problem with the Stardust is the fleas that hang out in there. It is a given that you will be asked for money, cigs, and drink tickets during your Stardust experience. The fleas live in the back rows of the Stardust and when they get hungry the go next door to the Westward Ho and get an 8 foot long hotdog. Then come right back.

Nicky and Roxy thanx for the info.

nicky I'm looking for the smaller tracks as I know they'll have Church, Bel, Holly..etc....I want to know if they have Fort erie, lone star, charlestown etc...small ones like that...I just called and got the same old we carry "all", but when I pressed they said they'd get bcak to me...so I was just wondering if anyone actually knew what they carried.

The race books at Bally's and Paris take LS and CT (and Mnr); other small tracks like FE, Suf, Pha, Yav, etc. you probably won't find anywhere except on Mon. or Tue. If their race book doesn't take LS then they're pure garbage because most books in town take that one.

Yes I have seen all of those. The only one who does Yavapai that I know is Coast properties. I think they will be your best bet. They seem to pick up the most. Even dogs but with low limits. Also I can't remember about Woodbine. For some reason I remeber the harness but not the t-breds.

Belch and Nicky...when you say you've seen them...do you mean at MANDALAY or other sportsbook...I'll go elsewhere, but it would be better if I knew which tracks MANDALAY was carrying so I can get the rags I need fedex right to the hotel

Also I am not a big horse guy so I don't know what meets are going on now. For example I know prarie meadows also has a harness meet and I don't think anyone picks that up. All depends. Coast or Palms is what I would recommend to you to bet the ponies.

Joe,
They'll give you the forms for all the tracks they carry so you don't need to fedex any.

I mean elsewhere; I've been to Mandalay Bay once and wasn't impressed. The best place to play on The Strip is Bally's or Paris. Off strip, Las Vegas Hilton.

Im guessing you mean the Ragozin sheets and not DRF's, right? Most will provide you with comp DRF's, a public one, or a discounted copy.

I always liked the Bally's Race and Sportsbook, not nearly as busy anymore either.
