They had a 6% chance of landing the first pick in the 2005 NBA draft lottery, but that didn't stop the Milwaukee Bucks from landing the pick. The question now becomes, "Exactly what will the Bucks do with the pick?" Many of the so-called experts think that Utah's Andrew Bogut is the consensus choice, while others feel that the Bucks should go with North Carolina's Marvin Williams. Whomever the Bucks pick will be an immediate help to their team, which had one of its worst seasons in over a decade.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The Bucks have gone through many changes in recent years, the biggest being the losses of Coach George Karl and superstar Ray Allen. No matter who the Bucks pick, he will become a welcome addition to a young team that has a bright upside. Head coach Terry Porter is one of the better up-and-coming coaches, the fact that he is a former player will help gain respect and confidence from new players. There have been some whispers that the Bucks might possibly trade the pick to another team in a deal for a major veteran or other picks, but the likeliness of that happening is slim.

"I think the Bucks were as surprised as everyone else that they landed the number one pick," says Wagerweb.com CEO Dave Johnson. "This pick could go a long way toward leading them back to prominence. Many feel that the pick will be Andrew Bogut, and we have already received several wagers on him to be drafted first by Milwaukee."

Shouldn't there be a line on trading the pick?

The prop is who Milwaukee will take with the "first OVERALL pick" so I'm guessing all wagers would be void if they traded out.

Mavin Williams at +400 looks good. His price may drop
