News: LHP John Koronka will be promoted from Triple-A Iowa on Wednesday to make his major-league debut in Mark Prior's place in the Cubs' rotation. "He's the best candidate to take us deep in the game," Baker said. Koronka was 4-5 with a 4.57 ERA in 53 1/3 innings for Triple-A Iowa of the hitter-friendly Pacific Coast League. He had 37 strikeouts and an alarming 21 walks.
