Anyway you slice it I can't see any of the three teams left any higher than 40 cent favorites. Spurs get homecourt in finals.

I'm not good at openers but I guess it closes -165 spurs no matter whom give or take 10 cents

I think you are about right Mr. Funk. -170 is my guess give or take.

Already saw Spurs -2.00 at Jazz before game #4. Consensus was 1.75 to 1.80. I'll go -1.80 vs. Motown -1.75 Heat. Should be a 20 to 25 cent gap. But you could see some -2.00 to +1.60. Speculation at it's best.

I like the Spurs to win it easily. I think the Suns took them out of their preferred style and they still showed they could make the big plays when it counts. Nash supposedly said this team is better than the 2003 champs because they have more offense and I concur completely. Ginobili is much more dangerous offensively and Barry is a killer when he comes off the bench. I know I might be in the minority, but no doubt in my mind the two best teams were in the West this year.

OF Spurs -200 seems a tade high was thinking -160 at most. Guess I was wrong. I've got the Heat +335 earlier in these playoffs to win it all.

You were not alone, same with wil, and other people I talked thought 8/5 max. I thought 9/5 to 2/1. And I may be low. I have a very large positon on Spurs, like I do most years, sadly, it is not like 7/1 last year where DFish blew me up. Barely 2/1. Any knucklehead can bet the favorite to win it all. Only good thing is, it is the only future I have. I think the Western Conference bias still exists, even if Motown won it all last year, many are dismissing that as a Laker meltdown. Plus the way the Spurs have looked, especially vs. Suns. Home court, which is worth squat, rest and injury bug on teams still playing. Is it an accurate line? Pretty close to what I figured, but some books may be heavier on certain teams than others. I know Jazz is loaded on Spurs from me. After the East is decided they will have to have the real series price, not 3 way future. When in that range the books have a couple of options. Offer value with a 20 cent line -1.80 to +1.60 or just 40 cent gap it -2.00 to same +1.60. That is my call for most. Stop sign on Spurs and offer same dog price on East.

Well, just a big stop sign on Spurs. Olympic put out the series too stop Spurs action. -2.45 / +2.05.

A bit higher than I thought, where will it go from here?

I would put the correct price at -196/+176 roughly. I think Detroit has a decent shot. They are a tough minded crew if they can control tempo.

Pistons will get some action like they did in the Miami series. I doubt it closes with the Pistons getting much over +170. People love dogs and they love defending champ dogs even more.

Pinny says -2.45/+2.25. They copy the lay, and want the dog. Oly dropped the 40 cent gouge, to -2.45/+2.15. This will not drop below -2.25. nope.

I could not get into Pinny for anything last night. But it is climbing, that much is certain. Might make -2.50?

Well it seems to be sliced -3.00 to +2.50. Slightly higher than the 40 cent fave wil envisioned. I had the opener right, but was clueless on the movement, and most who speculated were worse than clueless, they were dead wrong. It is steady Spurs action. I will have to write this series up sometime soon. I must admit, I did not think there was that much Spurs action on the sidelines, who could have laid -1.70 to 1.80 while East was still playing. Did they expect some other team besides Motown or the Heat to be facing them? Now my +2.00 on the Spurs is looking a helluva lot better.
