Is High Roller a "Sister" publication to High Times?

I assume it more of a "How To" magazine.

I believe it from the people at SPORTSCREW if I'm not mistaken. They had a poker/sports geared magazine previously.

BTW, what is with ALPHARETTA GEORGIA, it seems many a sportsbook has some sort of US operation based there.

I guess I have been called a lot worse...:tongue2:

Seriously, I went to Vegas recently to meet with the Publisher, and I was very impressed with his vision...

If you like Poker, Sports Betting or Lifestyle (pictures, lol), then I believe this magazine will suit your needs...

I hope I didn't come across too terribly in this interview because I wasn't on the wagon, or was I? :grandmais :grandmais

Jarbo:

Is High Roller a "Sister" publication to High Times?

Not at all. We're an independent publication and we are targeting an audience that has show a real interest in the absolutely best lifestyle a High Roller can have.

We offer reviews on:
  • The coolest, most happening Vegas Party Places, Casinos and Hotels
  • Top-notch online gaming websites - no dog sportsbooks or unknown poker rooms
  • Luxury rides... Mazeratti, Ferrari.. etc
  • The coolest, latest and most expensive toys money can buy
  • The most exotic destinations
  • The sharpest poker players
And at the same time we will interview the most legendary figures of the gaming industry, online and land-based. For our opening issue, The Shrink was a figure of THAT caliber!

High Roller Magazine epitomizes the essence, the style, the glamour and the excitement of THE High Roller Lifestyle. Our editorial content reflects the interests of a high roller by offering entertaining and informative perspectives of the areas of casino tips, poker, travel, entertainment, food/dining and toys.

Righ on the money, 5TP... High Roller Magazine is a top tier lifestyle magazine, published by R&S Report Company, parent company of Sportscrew.com. Previously, as you correctly said, we launched another poker publication (very content-oriented: 80% content/20% advertising vs. other models of 70% advertising) prior to this magazine. Poker News was distributed in over 100 poker rooms across America and in over 100 major college campuses... we found success and we're now kicking it up various notches... all the way to the top.

I personally am not aware of ANY sportsbooks located in Alpharetta, GA. This city is a business hub... our HQ offices are located next door to GM, IBM, GE.. among others.

Cheers,

Seth
