I Just Hung Up The Phone With Richard Jones From Betroyal....the Past Two Days Have Been From Hell With This Book....i Have Talked To I Think Every Employee There, Been Hung Up On Put On Hold For Extended Periods.... I Must Admit What Happened Was Partially My Fault...and Some For The Training That Goes On There As Well....they Gave Me A Bonus Of 95 Dollars Or Something For Their Birthday....i Was Playing Along And Making Bets And The Like...well To Make A Long Story Even Longer...i Called Their Customer Service And Ask If I May Transfer 50 To Thheir Casino...they Jumped At That Chance Plus Gave Me A Bonus For Doing So....guess What...i Got Lucky At The Blackjack Tables And Built It Up To1,400 Dollars...called Chris The Manager At The Casino And Ask For A Cash Out And He Said Sure ..minutes Later The Money Was Back In My Sportsbook Account....that's When Trouble Began...called Customer Service And Requested A Payout...talked To George A Supervisor....after Going Through The Proper Channels Of Getting Hung Up On Twice... George Said That I Hadn't Quite Made My Rollover But That He Would Just Short Pay Me... I Said Fine...well Nothing Is Happening So I Call Back And Talk To Gary And Jeff Both Supervisor's I Guess And Now Hold On A Minute...first Of All They Said The Customer Service Folks Weren't Supposed To Transfer Money From The Account...ok.. So Who's At Fault Me For Asking Or Them For Doing It.... Next They Say Checks In The Mail..then They Say Max Payout On The Bonus Is 250.00...which Is Correct After Checking The Email....but Let's Put The Shoe On The Other Foot...what If I Had Went Into The Casino And Lost My 50 Dollar Transfer...would They Refund My Money Back To The Sportsbook Account...richard Is Western Unioning My 250. Dollars To Me Should Be There Friday....but Oh My What A Day On The Blackjack Table It Was....now I Feel It Was All For Not....we Live And Learn A Little More Each Day...i Think Betroyal For The Most Part Is A Ok Book...but Dammit Let's Train Our People A Little Better So This Kind Of Thing Doesn't Cause Anymore Problems And Cause More And More Looking To Play Elsewhere...it Is Really A Different World When You Want To Post Up And When One Wants To Cash Out...post Up Really Nice..take Your Money No Questions...cash Out We Have A Full Blown Investigation...what Happened Let's See If He Played By The Rules...and So What If Our Own People Screwed Up And Transferred His Money..it's His Fault For Playing There...better Days Are Comming Soon...but Not At This Sportsbook...thanks For Time And Good Luck Wherever You Play...jeffksu

Now, for the hanging up, and the run around you got, uncalled for, but we are talking about free money here, why are you complaining? You and I and all know how Royal operates, and to think differently you set yourself up for dissapointment.
I think it is the players responsibility to call and get all the rules of a bonus before accepting it. One thing I have learned is, don;t assume anthing, ask, ask and ask more questions.
Anyways, congrats on the win. But somehwere in the back of your head a light should have flashed, beings it was Royal. No doubt you will get paid. Cant beat a free $250.

Anyone that plays at this book deserves to lose every penny of their money and to be honest I hope they do. I have been telling people for years not to play at this shop and some people still continue to send this place cash. ARE PEOPLE THAT STUPID????? Thanks cl that seems obvious what the book should do, just one other question what happens to the other money, do you have to roll it over to get it ? does the book just take it back ( which is utterly ridiculous )hmmm.I hope they at least let you roll it over and try to win it back and take it out .

gamblingman...no i don't get to keep the other money...i bet it fair and square built it up for not they took the other 1,301 away from me....i had 151. in sportsbook and 1400. in the casino...ask for a cash out from the casino and they put it back in sports account and that's when shit hit the fan...if they would have let there customer service people know the rules and fine print this would not be taking place right now...i've won 1301 dollars for nothing as they said it was ok for there customer service people to make mistakes but not us as players...you know this sux even more knowing that 1301. was just taken from me...if the shoe was on the other foot..we know what would happen... but i guess that's why they are over there where there is not much we can do about it...jeffksu...

I've done very well there " for Years " and have received numerous payouts " for Years " entered and won a couple of their contests " for years " There are alot of shops that have strict rules for Bonuses, you just have to read the rules. How about Carib, to where you don't even get your Bonus.
