Pro Poker Player....it is very disappointing to see your criticism of Party Poker regarding this situation.

#1. You asked: "How many times a day they do this"? Implying that you think they intentionally deal out certain hands that will result in them receiving more rake money. This is an insane assumption! I have been tracking Party Poker stats for over a year now and have noticed that they deal out hands in a way that creates the "normal" expected distribution of cards. Nothing fishy as you seem to believe.

#2. Why would Party Poker do this? They have a ton of tables operating at all times in which they receive a RAKE out of almost every hand. Do you honestly think that they would jeopardize this optimal situation by trying to sneak in a few extra dollars here and there? Why would they? If they were "caught" they would lose all of their business and be left out to dry.

#3. I doubt if they are "robbing your from tourneys". If the integrity of your accusations have any correlation to your poker skills....I don't think they need to rob you out of any tournaments. Besides, do they have a personal vendetta out for YOU?

#4. If you are worried about withdrawing change....I cannot believe I am talking to you. You know they do it.....I would recommend managing your account better. If your account gets to $0.72 without you "seeing it coming" you need help. They do not keep it....it stays in your account.

#5. In regards to your wearing PARTY POKER ARE THIEVES shirt and hat if you ever make a T.V. tourney.....I do not think that Party Poker is worried. I just checked on the Vegas lines and the odds of you making a T.V. tourney....was INFINITY to ONE.

I am glad to see you withdrew "every dollar" from you account (which was probably about 3).......you seem to need some time off. You are on tilt. Calm down.....everything will be all right.

#1....I'd put in the hundreds but it could be more.

#2..:money8:

#3.. Yes

#4...i withdrew today 804.71, they kept the .71. yes its still in my account...wanna play a heads up for .71? how bout i meet you on the .10 tables? ooooo thats right you cant do crap there with .71 so they kept it...how many times a day are they doing this to 1 and done depositors??? p.s. don't ask why again, refer to #2

#5...i'm sure your right about that. however just for info sakes at a certain PP skin they have a bet on pker tourny each month..despite my playing in a cash tourny there exactly once in the month of march they still had me listed as tied for 1st on the odds board..in fact everytime they've ever had it ive been 1st or tied...in fact im the ONLY player to ever have his odds lowered in that tourny. so i think infinity to 1 might be a little long but ill still concede this point to you.

"You are on tilt".......You aint never lied!!!!!! Read me like a book there...

party poker doesnt fix a thing. they make millions without risking their entire business on some lame fixing scheme to generate an extra dollar here or there. I dont doubt that some sites may have and still may cheat their customers, but not the big ones like party and poker stars.

You have to remember that these major sites have hundreds upon hundreds of hands running every second 24 hours a day seven days a week. You are bound to see crazy hands every so often. AA vs AA vs KK are statistically bound to happen if you deal millions of hands. So when it happens and people yell fix, they look foolish. i mean if PP was fixed why make it so obvious as to deal a hand with 3 players getting AQ and getting the nut flush? If thats the best they can do the people that run party poker arent too bright.

lets remember that good players win at PP and bad players lose over the long haul. ANd plenty of bad players who think they are good, lose on party poker and then conveinently blame the software. I know plenty of people that play at party and the good players make money and the bad ones have gone broke.

in the short run, even th ebest players will lose hands to the worst players. that is the nature of poker, but it has nothing to do with party poker fixing the hands to generate an extra dollar of rake.

PokerStars has way better customer service than Party.

Buddy of mine ended up qualifying twice for the WSOP, first at Stars, then at Party.

OK it was boneheaded of him to enter the Party event seeing as he'd already qualified but he says it was an accident (wanted to click on the one below) and I believe him.

He contacts Party's C/S to try to work something out -- maybe a substitution for another event, a refund in tournament dollars or something like that -- and he only gets form letters and drone-like regurgitations of posted rules. When he asks to speak to a supervisor or manager, he just gets the same form letter like a broken record with no direct reply to his question. Oh, one of the letters did contain an original thought -- it suggested to try to get a refund from PokerStars!!

Then he goes to a popular poker forum to post his situation. Mixed replies there with some good suggestions, but an uncanny number of Party shill-type responses, like a couple in this thread. These guys must pay hundreds of people to scour the forums. Not a bad strategy in principle but unfortunately it's not as good a strategy as simply running a good shop and having good direct contact with your customers via good customer service.

In the end PokerStars stepped up to the plate and solved his problem for him, even though they were under no pressure to do so. They gave him credits equal to the WSOP buy-in for other televised events. A very classy move on their part and shame to Party for not even having the decency to have a manager look into it and give a personal response. Instead they just sicked their forum shills on him while of course denying employing such a practice.

A clarification...

I am not accusing anyone in PARTICULAR of being a shill, only that I bet my entire bankroll that at least 33% of shill-sounding posts are indeed shills of some form or another.

Also about the original post...crazy hand indeed!
