Sad day in Mudville as me and I think everyone else in the gambling world folded on CWS yesterday.Todays another day...
OVER 9.5 STL/BOS (-120)....Wake vs Morris.
Neither starter has fared too well vs their opponent tonite in ltd meetings and neither starter has fared too well lately. Not talking wins and losses, as Morris is still 3-0 his L3 three despite his 5.40 era (2-0-1 OVER) and Shakesfield is 0-3 in his L3 w/ an era of 9.77, also 2-0-1 OVER.Timmy hasnt let up LESS than 4 ers in any of his L4 starts.Doubt he picks it up tonight vs Cards at home.In addition the Sox now own one of the WORST overall BPs (5.18 overall/5.79 road) in the AL which gets even worse statistically on the road.Morris has been spotty at times and has been hit occasionally even though his record is 6-0.Always seems to get the run support he needs though. These are two high powered offenses.BOS is hitting .306 in thier L10,avg 5.8 rpg vs RH starters, and 5.2 rpg on the road this year.STL is batting .295 in thier L10, avg 5.0 rpg vs RH starters and 5.4 rpg at home so far this season.
