Here is my experience and why I recommend not using E-CHECK.
Once you do use it, WSEX will set your account to make it unable to make withdrawals any other ways. (neteller)
Once my ECheck withdrawals equaled my deposits, I emailed them asking to have that internet setting removed. They wouldn't do it.
Now, I have to call and go through the same 10 minute dog and pony show anytime I want to use neteller. They do pay, but it wastes my time.

I believe the problem is not on WSEX's end, but on the banking end of it...
