These games have a very high percentage chance of moving in the direction I will indicate to you...........possibly in a such a way that you will have a percentage middle working for you if you are so inclined to go that avenue on gameday.

LIONS PK over GREEN BAY

These are two franchises going in completely opposite directions. The Lions had a tremendous draft and Harrington will have another year under his belt. The Packers on the other hand have had a few players with contract squabbles allready and they have lost some major talent to the free agent market.......and of course Farve is not getting any younger. I would not be surprised at all, and in fact think it definetly will, to see this game be DETROIT -3 on opening Sunday at the very least.


MINNESOTA -5 over TAMPA BAY

The VIKINGS, much as I hate to admit, are a legit SUPERBOWL contender this coming year with their tremendous offseason wheeling and dealing. Tampa appears to still be a team trying to find themselves under Jon Gruden after two dismall seasons. The BUCS offensive line is a complete mess and they currently have no less than 6 quarterbacks in camp suggesting that Gruden is not confident in whoever may be at the controls of this team. I can see this game going to MINNESOTA -7 quite easily.

Any thoughts on how to handle The Chargers after their tremendous ATS record last season?

It seems like every year the favs hit 60% these days

I won a yahoo football contest a pick all in 2002 I think it was, and from week 10 on all I did was pick every single favorite and I came back from 13th to win or tie for first cant remember exactly

last season some thought the oddsmakers hadn't caught up the pass interference rules allowing for more scoring. This was an excuse as to why Indy scored much. Did the rule change from spotting the ball at the point of infraction to a 15 yd penalty yet?

they desperately need to do this. pass interfernce is a gamblers nightmare. there have been some really awful calls over the years that have cost teams games and us gamblers money. gosh it can be so aggravting. man im getting stressed out just thinking of it

I would also like to see some more common sense included in the Block in the back penalties on punts and kickoffs. Sometimes they hurl the flag and the illegal block may be 40 yds away from the ball.

yeah I gree with this also. Its REAL bad in college. I'll never forget that year when Rocket Ismail had a kick return for a TD with no time left to win the title for Norte Dame, and it got called back by clipping that was on the opposite side of the field. Notre Dame lost.

Rob, we are talking about a couple very essential tools in helping throw a game. The 2 mentioned penaltys can swing a game in a big way if needed.

Sportsbook.com had lines up back in April before the draft. I posted them in the NFL room, which I just bumped, take a look. A lot of the lines are the same however they do have totals up now which they didn't back in April. God I miss football.
