How important in your life is going to LAS VEGAS?

After living there for 17 years, not real high on my list of vacation destinations.

Sort of the........BEEN THERE AND DONE THAT SYNDROME(a million times over).

dante...what's holding you up from moving here....lived here since '97 and loving every minute of it...it is what it is...nothing more nothing less...remember it's just a regular town once you get off the strip...haven't been to the strip in over two years..haven't been to the wynn resort...don't care to..vegas is vegas that's it..thanks jeffksu...oh by the way...bought new home with pool and jacuzzi...3 car garage in 2002 for 180000 and it is now valued at 340000 not bad little increase for 2 years...

PS- Took me less than a year in Tampa before they offered me that.........as part of my COMMUNITY SERVICE for battery on a police officer.

have never been. have little to no interest in going.

there are hot chics anywhere, there are nice hotels and good food anywhere, you can gamble on anything in your boxer shorts, there are clubs anywhere, the appeal isnt the same as it once was.

only thing I might consider going for is the superbowl, and that is becuase its such a big party

Good point!

The comps and Mt Charleston are nice though............and whats funny is 99.9% of the tourists do not take advantage of either.

I have only been there once. I had no desire to go because I am not into the casino games and I do not like to fly, but I had a good time hanging with some posters last year.

Since so many really don't care for it except Dante, why don't I rent the local fairground barn and we can have a bash in Central Indiana. I can get some pioneer seed corn caps to hand out and we can have a big 15 bean soup supper with plenty of beer. Maybe I can get some help from the 4H committee.
