I dunno guys, I just feel that San Antonio may have gotten spoiled to playing their last series against a team that had COMPLETELY no defense at all. They will find it much more difficult to score now.
Similar to an NFL team, such as the Colts playing a tough New England defense for examle......
The following week the Colts may play the Saints with a terrible defense and it will be a cakewalk.......

Anyone remember last year when I won one of the contests here from a book (sorry forgot, maybe Rio) and built the balance up rather quickly. Anyhow, I created a thread asking opinons about what I should do with it since it was basically "free" wagering. When I made the statement that I was contemplating about laying the complete balance on Detroit to win the series, I got several replies of "Don't do it!"..............:lolBIG:

If you like wide open basketball, it may seem boring. To tell you the truth, I do not view it as entertainment, but an investment. I do not view the half as more beer and chips run, or pee break, but another avenue of profit. The excitement is always there waiting for those numbers. Is the number going to hit? Is my prop going to blow? Will there be a Wade meaningless slam to alter both side and total ats results? Will there be any middles? I cannot think of a more exciting time, than the NBA Playoffs. Is it Thursday yet?

I think it will be rather boring. Not because of the defense, but I just don't see many close games. Styles of both teams are such they have bad nights and a bad night can yield games that aren't close for much of the action. Neither team is the type that makes a big run on offense because of shooting. Big difference really because those +10 runs can take 5 or 6 minutes to materialize when you are doing it on defense. If you do it like the Suns do you can turn in a +10 run in under 2 minutes. For that reason I think if either team falls behind somewhat the games will devolve into bore-fests.
