Women's softball, well a winner is a winner I guess. Sort of like something I heard from a buddy of mine up in Seattle:
"Our basketball team choked, our football team choked, our baseball team sucked, our beloved college football team couldn't beat high school teams this year, our college basketball team choked after being overrated...but hey we have the WNBA champs!"

If she lost weight she probably wouldn't be hitting for power. I dated a girl many years ago who played softball. I met her in the offseason and in the weirdest comment ever on a first date, she told me she was probably going to be gaining weight in the next few months. Between lifting and just bulking up the old fashioned way she indeed did. She said without it homers would just be fly balls.
