Like the Spurs in 5 or 6, but can't lay 6 1/2 on what should be a close, low scoring game, and the fact the Spurs haven't played in 8 days. Got the UNDER early on at 177 1/2. This one will be close, something like 82-79.

Intriqing matchups, esp. bowen/hamilton on the Det end, and long armed Tayshaun probably guarding Ginobili at the SA offensive end. Det, obviously will try to beat up Duncan with the Wallace's, and SA will need to get up on Det's perimeter shooters.

There's a late night radio guy that's a huge Pistons fan. He says Pistons in 5, mainly because of free throw shooting. Hard to argue with him. I thought Pistons had no chance last year, and they dominated. I can't see them winning, but something tells me this guy is right.

big difference this time for the Pistons: they're aren't facing a team whose top 2 players hate each other. Also, Parker is running SA's offense, not Payton/Fisher.

Fish, I see you like the Spurs (based on your contest selection)....

do you like them enough to bet at that price?

personally I look for the Pistons to win outright game 1, or at least cover the GENEROUS 7 points.

spurs -3.5 first half is the bet, Detroit will come out with not much in the tank after a game 7 win. Teams victorious in game 7's usually follow it up by getting blown out.

Its now 8:15, this is worse than the MLB playoffs or MNF in terms of just wasting time, why even post the start time as 8:05??

spurs come out lookin like SHIT

Or had Detroit come out looking very good.............

Read what I said in Shrink's thread about Prince matched up against Prince. Looks like it could be a long series for Ginobili....

Yeah, you're right, but you can already see that Prince is going to shadow Ginobili as if he's his own.......
