I would like to personally congratulate the Chicago Cubs for finally getting rid of LaTroy Hawkins. I had San Francisco on Thursday. They led KC 9-5 in the 7th but they had Hawkins on the mound. He miraculously got out of the 7th, but to my horror, he came back out in the 8th. Fortunately, Alou yanked him before he could lose the game, but this guy needs to learn how to pitch, not just throw the same fastball time after time.
