There is no reason to call this game a trap. Dont give the linemakers more credit than they deserve. They are human just like everyone else. I saw several people here yesterday talking themselves out of the Padres game yesterday because someone offered a great offer on the Mansion exchance. Cap your games and play them according to your results.

The problem is Ishii-will Jeckel or Hyde show up? The guy is either right on or he can't find the plate.

A big part of capping a game correctly is understanding public thinking. As soon as you don't give the linesmakers credit, you are in trouble. San Diego was very fortunate to win yesterdays game and at a premium price. People paid up to -180 for a team that got 3 hits and scored 2 runs on an error.

Im not sure if this will be a play for me, but I can guarantee I wont have a play on the Angels.

Good luck what ever you decide.

On the Mets as well; while the #'s favor Colon, Ishii has been very tough vs. lefties this year & the heart of the Angels lineup (Erstad, Anderson, Finley, McPherson, Kennedy) are lefties. Beltran looks to be back in good form for the Mets and Mintkiewicz could be back in lineup as well to add some depth.

All of that being said, I wouldn't be shocked to see Ishii walk the ballpark and have the Halos win easy...but I still think there's plenty of value in the homeside

The line looks like its about 20 cent off. Vlad is back tonight. I think the Angeles are a good play.

I still see a low scoring tight game that can go either way. I'm on the Mets +1.5 -135. Hopefully Vlady is rusty.
