Of course he will he's only been having a bad year and its only a thrid of the way through so theres even plenty of time to turn things around this year and still get in the chase.
I agree with the General, I just dont think he has it in him this year - at least so far anyway, and unless he sorts himself out sharpish I would be very surprised to see him in the Chase for the Championship this year.
Spotted him at 25/1 earlier this week (might still be there, havent checked since todays qualifying) but even at that price I think I will give him a miss this year...
Jman, all you have to do is be in the top 10 after 26 races, then the points lead almost disappears and we start over.. from 10th to 1st is no problem with this change, they screwed JG out of the championship last year, he wins under old rules, would have been his 5th..
The word "EVER" is whats intersting in your question. He's got 20+ years of racin left in him. His daddy even had some rough years. He'll get 3 to 5 championships before he retires.
hold my eye lids up so i can see who wins this after watching them
go around this track 250 freakin' times! give me a break! just an
excuse too drink for alcholics. trust me i know i'm a bartender in Vegas
and i have to see and endure these people every year coming up to the
bar and talking to me about it like i give a rats a** about it. but
i stand there and listen so i can get my 50 cent tip after their
13th BUD and 4 shot of yack! thank you sir see ya next year i can
hardly wait!
He's and overrated, arrogant, jerk, who in all reality has no reason to be because he's not as good as he thinks he is in his little dream world......
The day I saw a race in which Gordon was winning, and Jr ended up catching and winning after Johnson was trying to hold him off for Gordon, and then going directly to a large Pepsi Logo in the grass and spinning donuts on it(Gordon's sponsor) instead of the traditional way it's done, it proved this guy has no class and no respect for others.........
