Bodog: FYI

FYI:
Just hit a late pick 4 at Hollywood Park. Payout was $660. When I checked my account Bodog had credited only $300. Customer service told me they will pay no more than 300-1 odds on exotic bets. Apparently, I missed the fine print. Glad I did not hit the $1.7 million superfecta at the Derby. I am dropping my account with Bodog.

My condolences. As if the track and book takeout is not large enough. They have to stiff people on a winnings limit too. Try TVG or You Bet as a full pay alternative. Good luck and thanx for the info on BoDog.

This is a good lesson for others to learn from, BK. Limits on exotics are the norm at most offshore places and if you are not sure of what your books limits are this is a good time to check. Most books dont put your bets in the pool soare not affected by the track take out. A side note to all the great things about Pinnacle horses is that I think their software is the best there is.

If you dont know what kind of limits your out has for horses, check now so you dont get an unpleasant surprise like BK did.

Bodog are a joke for horse racing. In fact all they are interested in is the suckers and will keep marketing like crazy to get them.

Congratulations on freeing yourself from the suckers only book known as BoDog. Did you also know if a boxing match ends in a draw, BoDog grades the fight a loss for both fighters!!

I wouldnt say this is anything bad about them as it is the norm at most books. (limiting payouts)

I Must be on a roll. Signed up with Pinnacle Sunday am after closing out Bodog acct.. Full track odds on all horses, right? Just hit HollyPark 8th race superfecta for $282.10. Pinnacle credited my acount with $141.05. They just e-mailed saying they will review the payout. WOW even when I win, I can't win.

Pinnacle corrected the mistake for the record, crediting me the
$1 HP superfecta correctly at $282.10.

Pinnacle really has full payouts? Seems like most books have some limits of track prices.

Anyway why Not use Youbet.com. You get full payouts there, plus you have races at every track, even Harness racing.

You can watch All the races too.

Good hit on the pick 4.

Youbet offers 5% on some tracks, I think on the Harness racing. Plus not sure about Pinnacle but other books I've used shut down well before race time, sometimes almost a race ahead. Pretty much get up to the minute action on Youbet.

If Pinnacle has full payouts though and a 7% rebate, seems worth it.
